Made this “super oatmeal” with 16 g of protein this morning! Sounds interesting? Here’s the recipe:
- put 1/2 dl (1/4 C) of fiber oatmeal in a serving bowl. - add as much flaxseed as you want  - mix with 1 dl (1/2 C) of water and salt  - microwave (or cook) till it’s almost done then put in one egg white and mix well and cook some more - when you like the constancy mix in 3 TB of cottage cheese (around 80 gram)
Done! Top with whatever you like, I had frozen berries with almonds and honey.
